How do I get EXACTLY what I want, on Google and other search engines?

How do I get EXACTLY what I want, on Google and other search engines?

"Exactly" includes case sensitivity.

"Exactly" does not include ANY words/phrases not included in my
specifications.

Why not look into the help for each search engine?

Example:
Search using Google!
http://www.google.com/
