How do I get email links to work?

How do I get a received email link to work? I click on it and it goes to an
empty web page. I need to be able to access these to get information or pay
bills. Can anyone help me? Thanks.

You'll have better luck posting this directly to the appropriate newsgroup
for your email program. (You've landed in the PowerPoint group by mistake.)

should have links to both Outlook Express and Outlook, depending on which one
you're using.

You might tell the group in your direct post what happens if you copy and
paste the link into your web browser's address bar instead of just clicking
from email. You might also want to tell them what web browser you're using.
