how do i get contacts from outlook 97 to outlook 2003

I have outlook 97 and am installing office Student edition 2003. How do I get
all of the files from the old outlook to the new?

I'm looking for more of a outlook for dummies type answer. Is there a way to
back up outlook and then open with the new outlook and it will populate?

If you are installing Outlook 2003 on the same machine that held Outlook
2000, it is likely that the new Outlook will, in fact, use the settings you
had for the priot Outlook. However, while likely, its not guaranteed, and
it certainly won't happen if the new Outlook is on a different machine. In
