how do i get colors to print in excel

When I put colors in a cell I can see the color added in normal and page
break preview, but when I go to Print Preview the colors are displayed in
grayscale and print in grayscale. Other documents are fine.

Also, when I take this document to another computer all is fine, no
grayscale. How do I fix this? What is causing this?
 
What is your default printer? Is it is a B&W laser jet? Also check the
File Menu | Page Setup option | Sheet tab. See if the Black and White Check
box is checked under the print section.
