How do I get Business Contact Manager to intergrate with Outlook?

I've installed BCM and all the updates and under the "All Programs" window
BCM is found under Microsoft Office (2003). I click on enable BCM for
Outlook and a window appears and states that BCM is already enabled check the
guide. I checked the guide and it explains how to set up an account.
Problem is my outlook looks the same as before installing BCM. I follow the
guide's instructions and an account window doesn't appear. The only thing
close is the Contact window. But it is different from the Account window
indicated on the guide. Is there a manual for BCM that I can download and
print. Going back and forth using the help screen is a pain in the butt.

I'd appreciate any help.

In Outlook - Click File, select Data File Management, click Add and then
select "Business Contact Manager Database"

Follow the wizard.

You may also want to check that BCM is not in the disabled items under
Help -> About.

You can print the help file.
