Build 5472 will not be released to CPP participants. The next build for CPP
participants will be the Release Candidate, which will probably be released
in a month or so.
Although, build 5472 was made available to MSDN subscribers (a paid
subscription service) in addition to the private groups that usually receive
such builds.
You don't. You need to wait for the next public release (probably RC1 in
another month or so). Those with MSDN subscriptions will have access to some
of the interim releases in addition to the public ones. If you work for a
company that has one, you might check to see if you can obtain the interim
builds this way.
