HI BB UR QUESTIONS ANSWE JUST GO TO START BUTTON PRESS IT AND THEN
CLICK ON RUN THEN TYPE CMD U WILL BE DOS PROMPT THEN CHKDSK IT WILL BE
DONE

Thanks, looks like bad sectors, the drive has to go back.
