I just upgraded to Office 2003, from Office 2000. My Outlook had some
specific formatting, especially for contacts - have created folders for each
of my clients, with specific folders under "Contacts".
Formerly, when creating a new email message, I was able to click on "to" and
look through my contacts folders to get the person's address I needed.

Now I only have the main "contacts" folder, but none of the sub folders for
my clients. Consequently, when I try to use the "to" function no addresses
can be found.

The sub folders are there - just not for my email messaging.

How do I get this functionality back???

Thanks Russ. I think this should be easier than this - will take a while to
go through all the folders - but at least it works!!!

MERCI!!

Enable the subfolders as email address books in their properties.
