How do I get an Outlook (Contacts) 2002 converter for Excel 2000

I have lost my CD-ROM and need an Outlook (Contacts) 2002 converter for Excel
2000. Can you please let me know where I can get one as, the Microsoft site
seems to have withdrawn such converters because of security vulnerabilities?

They didn't withdraw them, they superceded them with the Office 2003
converter pack.
