how do i get all PC's to show in 'Browse' list?

when I select "browse for more" in the drop down that
lists the machines you can connect to, all i get are the
servers of the network. I don't get any of the
workstations. But i can manually type in the name of the
workstation and connect, but i would like them to show up
in the "browse for more" section. How can i do that?
