how do I get all my stuff in Outlook Web access into Outlook?

I have outlook 2003 installed on my computer but I get all my email via
outlook web access. how do I get the email, contacts, calender etc from
Outlook web access into my outlook 2003?

Contact your mail admin for the server details and if he/she indeed has
configured the mail server to be accessed for another method than OWA.
