How do I get a split Sat/Sun box in Outlook 2007 calendar?

That view did not work with the calendar overlay (and messed up the month
view during long months) and was removed. The closest you can get is setting
monday as the first day of the week (tools, options, calendar options) so
Sat/Sun are at the end.

That view worked fine for me for several years in Outlook 2000 and never
messed up anything so I'm confused by what you mean. What is the "calendar
overlay" anyway?
