How do I get a list of e-mail addresses I see when I send a messag

When I an creating a new message and the persons name begins with "a",
Outlook lists a number of addresses that I do not have in my contacts. Since
Outlook is housing these names/addresses, I would like to get a full listing
so I can either update my contacts or delete the address. How do I get a
full listing of all e-mail addresses?

Correct. They are, however, addresses to which you have sent mail in the
past. That's what Outlook remembers when you enable the autocompletion
feature.
Since Outlook is housing these names/addresses, I would
like to get a full listing so I can either update my contacts or

There are two simple options

1. As you see the list, scroll down, highlight the name and hit the delete
key. That removes them one at a time.

2. There is a file (off hand I don't remember which but I'm sure someone
does) where if you delete it [while not in Outlook], it will remove every
name that Outlook stores in that list [starting off as if you just had a
fresh install]. It doesn't delete your contacts.
 
What I would really like is to be able to look at all of them (there are
hundreds) do determine who to keep and who to delete, going through each one
is an option, but very time consuming. Outlook obviously has them stored,
I'd like to access the file. Any ideas?

reading.
