My question is:

How do I format Outlook so it automatically puts brackets (parentheses)
around the area code of a number I type in? At the moment the phone number
stays as 1234567890, instead of automaticaly formatting to (123) 456-7890 as
it does with my home version of Outlook. (I am using a Toshiba laptop at
work.)

Any help with this would save my sanity. I have been all over the Help menu
and I can find no answers even close to what I want. Your input would be
MUCH appreciated.

Masking will occur automatically once you set your operating system's
dialing location correctly.

Control Panel > Phone and modem options... > Dialing Rules, edit your
location and replace the "1" with your area code.
