Please turn of the caps; in email this is considered shouting and hence is
taken as impolite. Cap are harder to read; this was known in 1922 and in
2000 some Dept of Transport started using 'proper' text (as in "New York"
with caps at start of words) for road signs. And MS gets a bad name for
being slow to fix bugs!
