how do I flip a trapezoid without flipping its text?

PPT 2003. I need the trapezoid to be smaller at the top and when I flip the
autoshape the text flips too. Any way to keep the text un-rotated? Or is
there an autoshape trapezoid that is small at the top and still has the
yellow control diamond? (becasue I need to fit a number of them together)

If you are building the shapes yourself instead of working with those
already filled with text, the flipping can be done prior to adding
text. That will give the trapezoid with smaller side and the adjustable
handle on top . Otherwise a new making of trapezoids might have to be
the answer.
