How do I fix my hibernation?

I tried the RC1 Candidate for SP1, ended up uninstalling it.
It broke my hibernation and did something to my PC.
It hangs everytime I try the on button.
The BIOS doesn't go anywhere.
It doesn't shutdown either.

I did not install anything else.
Hibernation worked fine and the PC booted fine before the SP1 package.

I just wondered what the best course is to repair this?
 
I guess I will just buy another drive before I do it.
SP1 had nothing in it worth even considering the final version.

Delete partition, format, reinstall.
