how do i fix my cd burner?

Everytime i try to burn a cd, when it starts to analize the songs the
software shuts down.

Doesn't sound like a PowerPoint problem. Have you checked the Help File or
manual that came with the software? Maybe you need to write to the people who
sell the software.
