I installed Oulook 2000 add-in for backing up .pst files. I'm trying to back
it up to a network drive, but keep getting an "Access Denied" pop up window
asking me to make sure the disk is not full or that file is not currently in
use. I have created a folder on the network drive, but don't have a file
installed. Does outlook automatically create the file or do I have to do it?

Hi,
be sure that you have full permission to the network folder.
Also be sure that the pst file is not write protected!
