How do I find the Add In Manager in Outlook 2007 to enable it?

I'm trying to enable an Add-it for a Dymo Label printer, but cannot find the
add-in manager in Tools/Options/Advanced - where is was in the 2003 version.
 
For Outlook 2007, 'Tools|Trust Center|Add-Ins'.
