Right click My Computer, goto properties, click the
hardware tab, click Device Manager, click on display
adapters and it will tell you the name of the card there.

A great free utility for system information is Aida. Get it here:
http://www.aida32.hu/aida32.php
It will tell you about your video card and everything else in your computer.
