how do i find my proxy ip

i've got the gameshark cheating device for playstation 2, i use a usb cable
to download cheats and codes off of the internet and it needs my proxy ip,
how do i find this number?
 
A simple way,open help/support in xp,tools,networking,run the chk,youre
ip adress shows in test.
