Go online and download Belarc Advisor. Load it on your machine and it will
give you all the product keys on your machine. (winXP)

I happened to buy and download my version from the internet, and supposedly
I should have received some sort of key in my email, but I've checked the
mail from microsoft over and over again without finding the production key.

Any tips?

newsgroup questions. We're all volunteers here.

You'll need to contact the company from whom you purchased the software. If
you purchased it directly from Microsoft, I don't know what to suggest other
than the "Contact Us" link on the Microsoft website.
