how do i find my addressbook on old hard drive installed on new c

my old computer crashed and i purchased a new one. I installed the old hard
drive into the new computer. I am trying to find my old addressbook and
emails from the old computer and have them imported into the new hard drive.
How do i find the address book on the old hard drive and import it into the
new hard drive. Also, is there a way to get the old emails that were on
outlook back into outlook on the new drive? I can find my word files and
excel files on the old hard drive but i can not find outlook files. thanks
