How do I fill out the pop3 and smtp boxes

I just need to know what to fill in the boxes to make my mail work. My mail
that I use is nc.rr.com. So, what do I type before that in those 2 boxes to
make it work? So far, I have had no luck. Thanks.
 
i can try to help .i went through similiar problems
myself...............................start menu.then click all programs,click
windows mail,click tools menu ,account click add,click e-mail accounts,click
display names,click e-mail address,next ,your e-mail address,@yourinternet
provider name(incoming server) then type smtp.your internetprovider.net
or.com or ? for out going server,next your name &password. i hope this helps
