How do I export my Contacts from Outlook Web Access to Outlook?

I have about 250 items in my Outlook Web Access acount (that I access online)
and I want to move them all to my regular Outlook account on my PC. I want
to avoid having to re-enter each one! Is there any way of copying them all
from Web Access to regular Outlook or exporting from Web Acccess to another
program like Excel or importing directly into regular Outlook? thanks.
 
OWA is an Exchange application. You'll need to ask in an Exchange group to
see whether this is even supported. I suspect it is not.

You can't export from OWA. Instead, configure your Outlook client to access
the Exchange server using RPC over HTTP. The people who host your Exchange
server can tell you if (and how) it's possibe.
