Hi,
I probably was not clear enough...I have selected certain contacts and
have
used a filter plus I have omitted certain information I do not need that
are
already in fields. As an example I do not need the fax number for the
export
while it is in the "address card". I am looking at all of what I need
transferred in the "grid" format, not address card as it has been edited.
When I copy and paste this info to Word, I get an image of the address
card
with all the data and what I need is exactly what I have filtered...Thanks

Hi This is my first post so I hope I am doing this right. I have
Outlook
2002 and Iam trying to export just a filtered list of contacts...Is
this
possible? Thanks
:
I am trying to export my outlook contact list from my computer and
import them on another office computer. we do have the same outlook
program.
Do not export or import. Create a new PST, copy your contacts folder
to
it
and copy that PST to the other computer. The receiving computer can
open
that PST in Outlook and have access to all the contacts.
