how do I export multiple vcards from my address book

I want to export all my Contacts as vcards to import to my ipod but the only
way I can currently see to do this is export them one by one which is far too
time consuming. Is there some way to do a bulk export?

I found a small program in the US called vcard 4 outlook and it will let you
export bulk outlook contacts in vcard format either the whole lot or folder
by folder. mine are organised in folders personel business etc the prgram
cost USD9.95 which is about £6 just type it in google it should come straight
up. It works a treat. The only puzzle is it seems to export the whole folder
to one file. When you connect your ipod to your PC just drag that file across
to the contacts folder on your Ipod and even if you have more than one folder
they will all be listed.
