How do I export e-mail from Outlook on one computer to Outlook an.

I am trying to get my daughter's Outlook files (e-mail, contacts, etc) out of
her desktop computer and put them on the new notebook we purchased. I can
not find any .pst files (even when looking for hidden files). Can anyone
tell me how to find those files so I can back them up and move them to her
new computer?
 
You have to look in hidden *folders*, not for hidden files. She probably
only has one .PST file, and it's probably called outlook.pst...though she
might also have an archive file (probably archive.pst).
