How do I export contacts list from another computer on the network

The export function is located under - File - Export. However if you plan
on sharing these contacts continually then that person can give you rights
to their contacts folder which you could then access from your Outlook if
trying to setup a central contact location then check into setting a Public
Folder for Contacts
