how do I export calendar from public folder to Excel

We have outlook exchange sharing a public diary on 6 computers. when I try to
export to Excel it only exoprts the individual calendar not the shared
calendar.
How do I export the shared diary so that I can email to other people?
 
Use a Word Template
(http://www.slipstick.com/addins/calendar_print.asp#other) and send the Word
document to users.
