how do i export caegories from outlook 2007

my it guy migrated us to MS Small business server 2003 with exchange from a
pier to pier network... in doing so, he set me up a new computer name and
user account then coppied all of "my documents" to the new user.

in doing so, my categories were lost and I am very dependant on them. does
anyone know how to bring them into the new environment? My first thought was
to export them out of the old user id but I can not find how?
