L Luther Jan 4, 2005 #2 BCM exports files in CSV format with a Unicode encoding. Unfortunately, Outlook CSV import cannot handle Unicode files. You can export from BCM to CSV. Load the CSV file into Notepad. From Notepad, save the file with an ANSI encoding. Click to expand... Outlook CSV import understands ANSI files.
