Want to send an Access report with text and graph data, as it appears in
access, directly to a power point slide by clicking a command button.

Want to send an Access report with text and graph data, as it appears in
access, directly to a power point slide by clicking a command button.

I don't think there's any remotely simple way of doing this.

One approach would be to copy the active window (as it appears on
screen) to a bitmap image on the clipboard (e.g. with Alt+PrtSc) and
launch Powerpoint, create a slide, and paste the bitmap onto the slide.
This approach can be automated; there's VB/VBA code here and there on
the web to do the same thing as Alt+PrtSc (e.g.

and PowerPoint can be controlled from Access.

Another approach even more circuitous - would involve using Stephen
Lebans's Report Utilities (www.lebans.com) to save the report to a RTF
file (this preserves the graphics, unlike the standard report-to-RTF
routine). Then insert the resulting file into PowerPoint (Insert|Object
.... from file). I have no idea how well this would work in practice.
Again, it could be automated.
