How do I expand forwarded mail

When I receive mail that has been forwarded, each time it is forwarded, I
guess, it creates a new file. I have to click on each one to get to the next
one, etc. Is there a way to just have it on the original incoming mail not
as an attachment or to have it directly go to the last one so I don't have to
keep clicking on the file to open it each time?

I appreciate the help.

That's up to the sending program. For Outlook you can click
Tools>Options>E-mai Options and select how you want to format forwards with
the "When forwarding a message" drop-down.

Talks to the sender(s). It was their choice to attach rather than
insert when forwarding.
