How do I enter two people in one contact file, one address?

I am trying to enter my database into Outlook, but am having difficulty
putting in two people under one contact file, such as "Nora Roberts and
Steven Jones", when they live at the same address. I am trying to do a mail
merge next and only want to sent one letter to them as a couple.
Is there a way of doing this?

Despite its many other virtues, Outlook doesn't seem to be designed to
explicitly recognize family relationships in the way you're trying to do. You
can link one Contact to another using the "Contacts" button, but I don't
think that addresses your need.

But if all you want to do is mail merge, why not just create a single
Contact with the name "Nora Roberts and Steven Jones"?
