How do I enter a Valid Code on a Pirate XP?

I've got a pc in front of me with an illegal XP corporate installed on
it. I've got a valid Windows XP Pro COA and need to transfer and
activate this valid key. How do I go about doing this?

Here's a link from Microsoft to change your product key

Once done you will need to activate Windows.
