how do i enter a product key?

when i try to enter in powerpoint 2007,they ask me to enter 25 character
product key but i don't now how to get the "character product key" i don't
now them.
 
If you have a legitimate copy of PowerPoint, the product key will be on the
media holder.

As Michael says, it'll be on the package that contains the CD.

If you downloaded a trial version, I believe you had to register using your
email address. You should have received a product key by email.

If you used a fake email address, you'll probably have to go through the whole
process again.

They probably mention who the email will come from on the registration page.
Be sure that your email program knows not to treat it as spam.
