Hi mickey :-)

My access to the internet has been disabled, how do I enable it?

There are a number of reasons this can happen, so we are going to need more
detailed information about the problem than that to make proper
recommendations, otherwise, it's just guessing. Which version of Windows
and IE are you using? Are you getting any error messages? If so, what is
the exact wording? When did it start? How is it 'disabled'? Will it not
connect? Won't open at all, etc. What, if any, steps have you already taken
to resolve the problem on your own?

Jan :)
