how do i e mail from a printed form

You're asking in the wrong place, pf - this newsgroup is for the
database program Microsoft Access.

But you cannot email a sheet of paper. It won't fit through the little
thin ethernet cable or the phone line... <g>

If you have a scanner, you can scan an image of the page and store it
as an image file (.TIF, .JPG, .GIF type, depending on your scanner
software) and email that as an attachment. The recipient will be able
to print it out or look at it, but not (easily) import its contents
into any program; as far as Windows is concerned the scanned image is
just black dots on a white background, not text.

In short - try not to do it this way, it's simply not a good way to do
it.

SO IF I AM IN EXCEL PRINTING INTO A FORM I CAN NOT EMAIL OR SAVE IT? OR CAN I
SAVE AND SCAN AND THEN E MAIL

If you're asking questions about Excel, please ask them in an Excel
newsgroup. This newsgroup is for Microsoft Access. Scroll down the
list of programs on the lower left of the screen.

You can email an Excel spreadsheet, or you can export the data in an
Excel spreadsheet to text, or you can "print" the report to a Word
document by publishing it to Word... but you'll get more specific
advice in a forum which supports the program you're using. It's just
that printing to paper is going the *wrong direction* if you want to
email the result. Again... your computer doesn't have a slot do drop
envelopes.

If you're computer's not that new, you may find there's a slot on the front
which you could try "posting" into. It's also used for the ancient "floppy
disk".

Unfortunately, this useful feature has been removed from more modern
machines. Good luck anyway!!!
