I need to be able to email my Calendar to co-workers. We do not work from a
shared network. These are individuals who will check it from remote
locations.

Create a new PST with File>New>Outlook Data File. Right-click your calendar
and choose "Copy Calendar". Specify as a destination the new PST. When the
copy completes, right-click the root of the new PST and choose Close. Close
Outlook.

Rename the extension of the new PST to something else, like ".psz". Start
Outlook, create a new message to the people who are to get your calendar and
attach the file. Make sure you tell them in your message to save the
attachment to disk and rename it back to ".pst". They can then open it in
their Outlooks with File>Open>Outlook Data File and have access to the
calendar you copied.

The only thing to watch is whether you're using Outlook 2003 while they're
using an earlier version. If that's the case, you'll have to make sure your
create an Outlook 97-2002 format PST.
