I would like to email my outlook calendar to someone else. How is this done?
Is is even possible with Outlook 2002?

Thanks.

Is this person also using Outlook, or some other program? You might want to
take a look at some free Word templates that use your Outlook calendar data
to create a calendar in Word, which you can then customize to your liking
and then save it or e-mail it. I personally use My Outlook Calendar and am
very pleased with it. Links to these templates can be found here:

I am using Outlook Calendar 2002 and have not figured out how to email it
from one computer to another. Can you tell me if I can do this or do I have
to use the Word calendar templates? Thanks for your previous reply.

So are both computers running Outlook 2002? I'm not clear on that from your
latest reply.

I'm sorry I didn't answer your question: Yes, both computers have Outlook
2002 and I am attempting to send my computer schedule to another computer via
email. Is this possible? What if the other computer is using a different
application of Microsoft Office? Is it still possible to send calendars via
email? Thanks for your time and help.

If both computers are using Outlook you can export your calendar folder to a
..PST file, e-mail that file to the other computer, then save it locally
(make sure it's not marked read only) and open it within Outlook using File
| Open | Outlook Data File. It will open in your Folder List and you can
either simply view it from there or drag and drop items from it into the
default calendar. When you're done with the calendar .PST, right-click it
and choose Close from the menu.
