How do I elminate duplicate showings of the SAME "Personal Folder.

Everytime I try to "fix" the problem, I get myself in more trouble. Now I'm
up to four showings/copies of the same folder. Outlook seems to be getting
as confused as I am.

I have tried right clicking on "Close folder" which is grey'd out.
 
You're not more confused than whoever is reading your post. What are you
talking about and is this in reference to an ongoing thread?
