How do I eliminate suggested usernames?

When logging in to various business applications, my hotmail addresses appear
in a drop-down box for selection. I don't use these for work, so I don't
them to appear as alternatives. I have tried turning off all Autocomplete
options with no luck.

Any suggestions?

Highlight the name and press the Delete key.
 
Unfortunately, that doesn't seem to work. The usernames won't delete from
the drop down box and they appear on just about any form that I populate.
