How do I easily move favorite from bottom to top of list?

How do I easily move favorite from bottom of favorites list to top of
favorites list? Thanks
 
Rename the favorite using a number in front of the name (example "1 web I Like").
Then right click on any favorite in the list and choose "sort by name". Numbers move to the top of
the list before alpha characters. However, folders will still be first and you have to drag to get
past a folder. Or move it to a folder called "1".
