Let's take it up a notch - is there a way to set Outlook to automatically
add
all email addresses to a contact list, or to otherwise remmeber them, when
an
email is sent out (usually a reply)?

You can easily R click any address you want to add and use the "Add to
Contacts..." action in that menu.
