How do I e-mail internet images to myself

I used to be able to pick images off various sites and e-mail them to my
address but now when I choose to e-mail image to myself an e-mail page
appears with a statement that says - "This message was not sent".

There's not thing I can do to change this - has anyone had this problem and
how did you correct it? Thanx

Not sure - how is this to do with Outlook CONTACTS as in the title of this
group?
