Just coming off of Novell GroupWise, and with that program, it was very easy
to duplicate meetings, you just opened, updated, and re-sent - the program
automatically gave you an option not to delete the original. Very helpful for
keeping the details of a series of meetings that were not originally meant to
be a series.

Use the RIGHT mouse button a lot in Outlook (and all of Office) as you'll
find that's the way to many power functions. In this case. grab the
appointment with the Right mouse button, drag to the new date and release.
Select Copy. Then make to sure to send invitations (if there are people to
invite).
