How do I duplicate a record?

I have a data entry from with the first field being ID Number (Auto Number).
What I want to be able to do is put a push button on the data entry screen
that will add a new record and duplicate everything that is already filled
out on the record that I am viewing, and take me to the new record. Any
help would be greatly appreciated.

The command button wizard will create this button for you. Look in the
category "Record Operations" for the action "Duplicate Record"
