Femi,
What version would that be. Depending on the version there are lots of
differences.
If it is version PPT 2002/2003, click on the insert diagram icon in the
drawing toolbar, click on the first thumbnail representing organizational
charts, hit OK. Click in the boxes and start to type, use the chart toolbar
to insert new boxes.
If you need more guidance, report back.

Thanks Luc, that was helpful. But how do I add more levels to the existing
two. I know now how to add more boxes.
Thanks.

Femi,
Select a box from the second level, click on the add box button, level three
at your disposal.

Hi Luc,
By the way, where is the add button. I couldn't get that after selecting a
box. I use the 2002/2003 version.

Femi,
First one on the organizational chart toolbar. Don't know what is the exact
name as I use the Dutch version here. When you click on the listarrow next
to it you will be able to choose between three items a subordinate,
colleague or assistent. When you just click you will be adding a
subordinate.
